Meet Dr Yvonne-Mari Wood
A dentist with a special interest in family and paediatric care, supported by advanced postgraduate training.
Her story
Dr Yvonne-Mari Wood qualified with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD) from the University of the Western Cape in 2017. She then pursued three postgraduate diplomas — endodontics, paediatric dentistry and oral implantology — building the breadth to care for the whole family under one roof.
Alongside her dental practice, Dr Wood is certified in Botox and dermal fillers, offering facial aesthetic treatments underpinned by a medical understanding of facial anatomy.
Above all, she believes dentistry should feel calm, considered and honest — a relationship, not just a transaction.
