A few practical notes to make your first visit smooth.
New patients
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short health form. Please bring an ID, medical aid card and a list of current medication.
Payment & medical aid
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and direct medical aid billing for most major schemes. Co-payments may apply depending on your benefit option.
Your privacy
We handle your information in line with POPIA. Your records are kept confidentially and never shared without consent.
Cancellations
We appreciate 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer the slot to another patient.
