Billing Policy
Fees
Our fees are aligned with recommended dental tariffs. A written quotation is provided before any treatment beyond a standard consultation.
Medical aid
We are contracted with most major South African medical aids and will submit claims on your behalf where possible. Any shortfall or co-payment is the patient's responsibility.
Payment options
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may attract a fee.
